I am having some acne problems myself, but am a bit at a loss at what to use. My boyfriend uses proactive, and as long as he uses it every day it works. Problem is that I straight out refuse to use those kind of chemicals. Your skin is your biggest organ and it is just soaking them up and spreading them throughout you. And if you are pregnant, it is spreading it to your baby.
I did recently get this all natural stuff that works pretty well, but I don't have much time to wash my face daily so I forget sometimes.
There are all natural solutions out there that work better than any of those nasty evil chemicals out there.
Other things might help, too, like a change in diet. I know becoming vegan (no meat, no dairy, no eggs, no honey, nothing at all from animals) has helped me in many ways. The main one is that I just plain feel better on a daily basis. And no, you don't need those things to get by. I am not starving to death. In fact, I am a bit chubby. There are alternatives to these things that work very well and in many cases not only taste better but are much better for you (like a lower fat content, better source of vitamins and minerals, etc).
Try looking for some all natural alternatives. You might have a lot more luck with stuff you can make right at home.
Thankfully, I have always been blessed, and never had acne, even when I was a
teenager.

wow make it yourself, then you have got to know what to use and what kind of ingredient. Yeah agree not all product suitable. always depend on individual skin.

not getting enough sleep. Its like the more sleep I get I feeling more tired.
Too much sleep can make you tired.
Try making a schedule, and sticking to it. Leave time for unexpected things, like that phone call from grandma that never ends or dinner burning.
I do my best to do that, but my is quite a loose schedule. I have sleep issues, too. One thing I want to look more into is joining a yoga studio. It will help to center me.

I stopped yoga and exercise quite sometime ago.
Yeah... I try but just can't get back into.
One thing I love to do is read in bed. It's good b/c it helps me relax, calm the thoughts running through my head. It's bad b/c sometimes I am so into the book that no matter how tired I am I want to keep reading and finding out what happens next.
I think if I join a yoga studio or even a gym I will make myself go since I am paying for it...
my friend was telling me that her friend is wanting to people to take up her gym membership. Well its not cheap though cost few hunderd a month.
A couple hundred a month? Jeez... and my boyfriend complains about $60 a month...lol.


now the marketing strategies come up with like how many times you going to use and for how long. My sister join exercise and yoga class cost $120 for 2 months. I think its the same as your bf spend $60 a month.
