Coffee tongkat ali

I love coffee and I was opening the pack only to found out that I have bought coffee tongkat ali. It's 5 in 1 sachet. I sure hope I can fall asleep after drinking it. Last night I drank a glass of coffee and can't sleep at all.

Last Saturday I went to a coffeeshop and drink a glass of tea. You know I can't sleep for hours and making me feel miserable. I thought I am alone but I am not. My sister is worst than me. She can't sleep the whole night. I manage to sleep around 4 something.

So tell me if you know anything about tongkat ali. Is it only for man to drink?

Yes. It is quite the 'man's drink' because it is supposed to boost testosterone levels in the body. However, i heard that the 'coffee tonkat ali' version is quite useless in its effect. Why don't you just give it a try for a week and then write about how you feel;)
