It's a NO NO

Last Saturday my friend and I went out to shopping mall. She knew that Saturday is an outing for shopping mall. She was having her second day of mp. She wants to look good so she wore the high heel shoes. It's not very high just about 2 inches. I see that she has to struggle to walk.

Luckily, we found the other shoes which is selling good price $30 the looked and feel as good as Scholl but I don't know if it really worked that way. She bought the shoe, I thought she's going to change it but no.

The next day, Sunday she had a terrible headache. She can still go out for lunch but later on. She can't go any where except staying in bed. I remembered seeing her with her head wet in bed, she did wash her hair. I think now, she knows that its a NO NO to wear heels on mp days.

Ladies, I think you'll know what is mp.

I don't wear high heels, but - I've never heard that one before. Why shouldn't you wear heels on mp days?

not me, its my friend. As her 2nd day mp is heavy flow and its a long walk in the shopping mall. I mean we'll spend like 4 or 5 hours in the shopping mall. You'll be walking more than sitting down. She seldom wear heels, she mostly wore flat sandals.

wear heels on mp days, I think its up to individual to wear it or not. I rarely wear heels, unless special occassion like wedding dinner.
