I would recommend chopping a clove of garlic into really small pieces, leaving it aside for a few minutes, then swallowing it with a glass of water. Do it after a meal. That really strengthens the system.

I've been doing that a couple of times a week for the past few years and have yet to come down with a major bout of flu. But i know most people can't do it because they don't like the taste. I'm, however, more into doing what is right instead of what i like. Try it Niko.
